I had the pleasure of staying in a ground floor studio. The windows were so transparent that I could say hello to everyone passing by. And let's not forget the daily cleaning service. oh wait, there wasn't one.

The hotel is clean, with very amiable personal, and offers nice and perfect location really close to the centre of Madrid, a park, and food shops. The rooms are brand-new and spacious with comfortable beds and smoke detectors. Private bathroom is excellent. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

We also enjoyed the convenience of the nice coffee machine with complimentary capsules for the duration of our stay. The location was great, close to a vibrant main street with cafes, shops, and just a block away from a subway station. everything exceeded our expectations, and we were impressed with the attention to detail and helpfulness of the staff.

The apartment was well-equipped, clean and comfortable. It was situated in the inner suburbs but in a safe area, close to the metro and there were nearby food shops. The building was new and had a smart TV.

The neighbourhood was not attractive in the morning, with dirty streets and bars around, which was not a nice experience.

There were a few things that we didn't like. even though smoking was not allowed, one of the rooms had a strong smell of cigarette smoke.
